By using the Change website, Telegram bot, application forms, or AI assistant, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

The service provides currency exchange information, helps prepare an application, and sends it to Change managers.

2. Applications and rates

Rates on the website, in the bot, and in the AI assistant are informational and may differ from the actual terms available at exchange offices.

An application is considered submitted for processing after it is sent through the form, Telegram bot, or AI assistant. Final terms are confirmed by a manager.

3. Use restrictions

• Do not use the service for illegal operations or attempts to bypass security rules.
• Do not send false, harmful, or other people’s personal data without proper grounds.
• Do not overload the website, bot, or AI assistant with automated requests.

4. AI responses

The AI assistant helps with rates and application preparation, but its responses may be inaccurate or incomplete.

Do not rely on AI responses as financial, legal, or other professional advice. Confirm important terms with a Change manager.

5. Liability

The Change team makes reasonable efforts to keep the website, Telegram bot, and AI assistant stable and accurate. Temporary interruptions may still occur due to maintenance, updates, connection issues, or other factors that are not always within the Change team’s control.
