1. Who processes data
This policy is applied by the Change team, which operates the website, Telegram bot, application forms, and AI assistant.
If you need to clarify, correct, or delete data, contact us through the contacts listed on the website or in the Change Telegram bot.
2. What data we may receive
- Application data: currency pair, amount, operation type, district, phone number, and name if you provide it.
- Messages you send to the AI assistant or Telegram bot.
- Technical session data: browser identifier, AI conversation identifier, interface language, event date and time.
- Telegram profile data available to the bot: chat id, name, username, and language if Telegram provides them.
3. Why data is used
- To respond to a user request and prepare an exchange application.
- To send an application to Change managers for follow-up.
- To keep AI assistant conversation history and preserve the context of the request.
- To record that a user agreed to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
- To support service security, error diagnostics, and protection from abuse.
4. Use of OpenAI and AI providers
Messages you send to the AI assistant may be transferred to a third-party technology provider, including OpenAI, to generate a response and prepare an application.
Do not send passwords, PINs, bank card data, passport data, private keys, seed phrases, or other confidential information that is not required to process the application.
5. Storage and deletion
Conversation and application data is stored for as long as needed to process the request, operate the service, maintain security, and support internal records.
The fact that the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use were accepted is stored for the period configured by the Change team for consent audit purposes.
6. Your rights
You may contact the Change team to request access to your data, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing where applicable to the specific situation.
