AI Assistant Notice

1. What the AI assistant does

The Change AI assistant helps answer questions about rates, available currency pairs, working hours, and can prepare an exchange application.

2. Sending messages to an AI provider

To generate a response, the user message and part of the conversation history may be sent to OpenAI or another technology AI provider.

If the OpenAI API is used, data passes through OpenAI infrastructure and may be processed according to that provider’s policies.

3. What not to send

• Passwords, PINs, one-time codes, and account access credentials.
• Bank card numbers, CVV, seed phrases, private keys.
• Passport data, identity documents, or other sensitive data unless it is necessary for the request.

4. Consent before use

Before the first use of the AI assistant, we ask you to accept the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and this notice. The acceptance is stored with a technical user identifier and the acceptance time.
